Penne rigate al salmone- in my way

Penne rigate al salmone- in my way
- haven't followed any cookery book, just made it this way to be fast and tasty (for 5 years by now.)

Ingredients:(for 2 portions)
: penne rigate pasta 0.66 pounds (300 grams)
: 4 thin filets of smoked salmon
: 0.27 pounds (125 grams) of your regular cheese ( grate   it )
: 0.27 pounds (125 grams) of butter with sour cream sauce (we have it from the store, if you dont find any, you can mix quality butter with sour cream )
: 3 table spoon of oil
:  salt ( in the water that boils the pasta- but be moderate since the cheese and salmon can be already extra salted)

- put 0.79 gal (3 L) of water in a cooking pot, then add 1 table spoon of salt,  when it starts to boil add the pasta -
- do not mind the instructions on the pasta label about the time they claim it would boil, normally it boils in 15 minutes, but you can always take 1 out and taste it
- when its ready, strain the pasta over a sink, and let the cold water a few seconds over the pasta in the strainer, then set aside.

- take a frying pan , put some oil in it, after 1 minute on heating stove, add the salmon (roughly cut) , mix while cooking for about  for 4 minutes at medium heat.
-take the pan of the stove.

- take a bigger pan (to fit all the pasta),add a bit of oil, then add the butter with sour cream sauce - let it melt on medium heat while mixing

-next add all the grated cheese, and mix it all
together at medium heat till it melts

-after that add the pasta, mix it all until that "sauce" covers the pasta

-gradually add the cooked salmon as you gently blend it with the pasta

-move on 2 plates and serve it warm, I bet this is the best salmon pasta you ever had

                        bon appetite,
